Dr. Ava grew up in Iowa and earned her undergraduate degree from St. Ambrose University before completing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic. Inspired by her brother-in-law, a chiropractor who modeled chiropractic as a lifestyle rather than just a profession, she developed a deep passion for holistic, patient-centered care. She has advanced training in extremity adjusting and prenatal care, including the Webster Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). Dr. Ava is passionate about providing specialized care for individuals of all ages.

Dr. Ava spent her childhood and early adult years in Iowa, where she developed a strong foundation in both science and service. She attended St. Ambrose University, earning a degree in Biology and Theology, while also competing as a collegiate dancer. Her path into chiropractic was inspired by her brother-in-law, a chiropractor who demonstrated that chiropractic is not just a career, but a lifestyle centered on helping others live healthier and happier lives.

She went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Throughout her professional journey, Dr. Ava has gained experience caring for patients across all stages of life, from infants and pregnant mothers to the elderly.

To better serve her patients, Dr. Ava has completed additional training in prenatal chiropractic care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), specializing in the Webster Technique which is a gentle, specific approach that supports pelvic balance during pregnancy. Dr. Ava has also pursued advanced education in extremity adjusting allowing her to effectively address issues in the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, feet and ankles.

Dr. Ava is dedicated to delivering individualized, specific chiropractic care that helps her patients move better, feel better, and function at their highest potential.
